Pastor: Mickey Brackin

Born in Town Creek, Alabama, he and his wife, Cindy, have two children, Arleigh and Daniel. Brother Mickey has served Mars Hill Baptist since 1991. He is a graduate of the University of North Alabama and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Associate Pastor-Youth: Jon Atchley

Born in Springfield, Tennessee, he began his ministry at Mars Hill in 2000. Brother Jon earned a bachelors degree from Austin Peay State University and attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Associate Pastor: Gary Hughes

Born in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, Bro Gary has served Mars Hill Baptist since 1993. He and his wife Sherri have two children, Beth and Chad, and two granddaughters, Alexa and Anna.

Associate Pastor—Children’s & Campus Ministry: Steve Seaton

Born in Hollywood, Florida, he and his wife, Lori, have three children, Isabelle, Anleigh, and Ella Kate. Steve joined the Mars Hill Baptist Church staff in September 2008. He is a graduate of the Luther Rice Seminary.

Missions Director: Lewis Thomas

Born in Shreveport, La, he and his wife, Donna, have three children and seven grandchildren. Lewis had served 13 years in a church staff position, when he and his wife founded "When Will We Cry?". Judy Guttery

Born in Lawrence County, Tennessee, she and her husband, David, have one son, Michael. Judy has served Mars Hill Baptist  since 1999. She is a graduate of Columbia State Community College.

Secretary/Receptionist: Wendy Cox

She and her husband Denny have been married for fifteen years and have two children. Alie is thirteen years old and Payden is ten.
