Buddhist Prayers: What Bullshit! II
Buddhist Prayers: What Bullshit!
Buddhist prayers is a contradiction in terms.
The essence of Buddhism is to deny completely God. All Buddhas have denied and rejected God. So to whom Buddhists pray to: To an atheist, agnostic Buddha?
Prayers is a specially that belongs to God and only God, so if Buddhists deny God to whom they pray to?
Utter none sense!
We turn to God to pray for Him in order to acknowledge His existence. To whom Buddhists turn to and acknowledge his presence or her presence?
To Buddha , but Buddha denied the existence of God. And so did some three hundred millions of atheist Buddhists today.
Buddha the idol, Buddha the figure, Buddha stone, the metal, in a standing position, sitting, or lying.
We turn to God in prayers and worship Him. T whom Buddhists turn to who do they worship?
They worship the stone, the idol, the figure that cannot speak to them and cannot do them the faintest of good or evil.
What can Buddha do for his followers except leading them to Hell Fire. He and his followers were blind to the truth. Buddhas the illuminated , the enlightened.
But there is nothing on earth but Buddhas the blinded, the deaf hearted and blind minded.
Buddhas have denied the existence of God and they want to lead others to the Light?
They have failed in leading themselves to the light and want to lead men to the darkness.
What more injustice have the blind minded and closed hearted Buddhas have done than to lead men to Hell Fire. They shall find themselves in the depth of it and so shall all their blind followers.
Believers in God prey to God in submission and in devotion to earn His favor and earth Paradise.
Buddists pray to Buddha. he leads them away from light and right into darkness.
Believers in God invoke the divine to ask for God’s help and mercy. But Buddhists turn to Buddha, already dead and burried to ask for his help and guidance leading them into hell.
We turn to God to demand His forgiveness and aspire to His reward. But Buddhists turn to Buddha to ask for his help who himself is helpless.
Buddha denied God and Buddhists made Buddah a god. Buddha has rejected God and refused prayers for Him but Buddhists made Buddha a god and they prey for him.
The essence of meditation is to reach God, creator of the universe but Buddhas
have rejected God and hence have missed the most essential point of meditation.
Prayers is to invoke the divine who is eternal and omnipresent, but Buddhists invoke the blinded Buddha who has vanished and is helpless.
Believers turn in prayers to the All Mighty who sees them and hears their prayers. But Buddhists pray to a stones, idols and images that remain stones, idols and images.
What irony, what utter sarcasm.

Treatise on Prayer and Meditation $11 In this famous Treatise, St Peter of Alcantara assists the Catholic soul to find devotion, that supernatural affection that removes distaste for spiritual effort and urges one on to serve God joyfully and generously. St Peter made this book short and simple, yet packed into it “all that is necessary to know about prayer.” It is full of saintly counsels on prayer, which is the key to the entire spiritual life. The reader of the Treatise will access the classic Catholic wisdom on mental prayer, including what to think about, how to follow a method, when to disregard a method, the importance of the heart over the head, what to do in times of spiritual dryness and much more. This introduces souls to mental prayer as a means of obtaining all spiritual goods. St Peter of Alcantar was a 16th – century Spaniard and a spiritual director of St Teresa of Avila, the great Doctor of Prayer. He was known for his severe penances and after he died, he is said to have appeared to St Teresa and exclaimed: “O blessed penance that has led me to Heaven!” |

Simple Graces: Poems for Meditation and Prayer $15.99 “For centuries, poems have been written describing God’s simple graces. Saint Alphonsus Liguori, the founder of the Redemptorist Order, was a great poet who conveyed God’s love through meaningful and poignant verse. The selected poems in this body of work are divided into themes common to all human experiences, including love, forgiveness, commitment, faith, and hope. The chapters are shaped to give the reader a chance to hear the deep stirring of their hearts put into words, and this can be done on an individual basis or as lectio divina, or group prayer, when a verse is read aloud to the group. Some of the poets included: Wendell Berry, Anna Akhmatova, Emily Dickinson, Robert Hayden, Naomi Shihab Nye, Maya Angelou, T.S. Eliot, and Patrick Kavanagh.” |

Prayer: A Primer $13.99 “Prayer is often identified by people of faith as of first importance in the life of faith, at the same time, it is one of the least understood and least consistently used of spiritual practices among ordinary Christians. Prayer: A Primer, clears up misconceptions and myths about prayer that often stand in the way of actually praying, and offers the reader “a way in” to a life grounded in and enriched by daily prayer. A variety of forms of verbal prayer, meditation, and contemplation (or the prayer of silence) are clearly described with the needs and questions of beginners at prayer in mind. The book aims – through prayer – to move beginners at prayer to a growing and deepening awareness of God’s presence in our complex and often morally ambiguous world.” |
